Shipping Timeline

As our pieces are often handcrafted to order or finished in small batches, dispatch timelines vary by product. Your order will be dispatched within 1 to 20 working days.
Once your piece has left the studio, we will share the tracking details with you directly via email or WhatsApp so you can follow its journey to your home.

Crafted on Order

All Reeth products are handcrafted on order by skilled artisans.
This approach allows us to maintain quality, reduce excess inventory, and ensure each piece is finished with care. -
Please allow 15 to 20 working days for production and dispatch from the date of order confirmation.
Shipping Charges

We are pleased to offer Complimentary Shipping on all orders across India. As part of our commitment to a seamless experience, the cost of bringing our rituals from the studio to your home is entirely on us.
Delays

While we make every effort to dispatch orders within the stated timeline, occasional delays may occur due to artisan production schedules or courier related factors beyond our control.

Receiving Your Order

We recommend inspecting your package at the time of delivery.
If you notice visible damage to the outer packaging, please inform the delivery partner and contact us immediately.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in the following cases:

The item arrives damaged

The item received is incorrect
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our products, change of mind returns are not accepted once the order has been shipped.
Conditions for Return

The item must be unused and in its original condition
All original packaging and documentation must be included -
Items that have been used, altered, or returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping for Heavy Items

Defective/Damaged Items: If a return is requested due to a manufacturing defect or damage during transit, and the issue is verified through clear photographs or an unboxing video, Reeth will bear the full cost of return shipping and replacement.

Change of Mind: Due to the handcrafted and made to order nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns based on personal preference once an order has been shipped.
Cancellations

Standard Orders: You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Once a tracking ID has been generated, the order is considered in transit and the return and exchange policy will apply.

Custom Orders: Custom orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this window, the casting and production process begins at the foundry, and the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Refunds

Once your return request is approved and the item is received and inspected, we will process a refund or exchange as applicable.

Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days and are issued to the original payment method.
Timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
