Product Authenticity and Variations

Handcrafted Nature: Reeth products are handcrafted from solid brass. As a result, slight variations in colour, texture, weight, and finish are natural and expected. These variations are a mark of authenticity and craftsmanship and do not constitute defects.

Natural Patina: Brass is a living metal that naturally oxidises and develops a patina over time. This ageing process is inherent to the material and is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Accuracy: We make every effort to display product colours, dimensions, and details as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to lighting conditions and screen displays.
Pricing and Payments

Currency: All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

Taxes: Prices are inclusive of Goods and Services Tax as applicable under Indian regulations.

Modifications: Reeth reserves the right to change product prices at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed.
Payment Methods

We partner with secure payment gateways to ensure safe transactions. Accepted payment methods include major debit cards, credit cards, net banking, and UPI options available at checkout.

For select high value orders, EMI options may be available through supported payment partners.
Shipping and Delivery
All Reeth products are crafted on order. Dispatch timelines and delivery details are outlined on our Shipping and Returns page. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these timelines.
Returns and Refunds

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in cases where an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Due to the handcrafted and made to order nature of our products, returns based on personal preference are not accepted once an order has been shipped.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Custom or made to order items may only be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement. Once production begins, cancellations or refunds are not possible.
Lifetime Warranty

Reeth products are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover normal wear, patina development, improper use, accidental damage, or changes caused by regular handling over time.
Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product names, designs, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Reeth. Any unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of this content is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability

Reeth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific product.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
